I believe breeding and showing can not be seen separated from each other. As a breeder I try to breed as best as possible to follow the written breed-standard and I would like to screen the dogs I've bred against the knowledge of a judge


Ofcourse, there are not only breeders at a dogshow. Anyone who has a purebred dog registered in the NHSB can subscribe his dog to a dog show.

On the site of the Dutch Dachshundclub you can find the dates when and where the shows are. Also you will find there telephone-numbers/email where you can get entry forms.
